Delivery and payment

Our experience shows that samples from Estonia, Lithuania, Sweden, Finland, Poland and Germany can be received on the same day of shipment or the following day. The entire process for regular orders usually takes 4 to 6 business days and customers receive the test results on about the fifth business day after receiving the sample in the laboratory.

Rush orders are possible. For rush orders we will issue a prepayment invoice and send it by email as soon as we have received your sample and a correctly filled order form. We will immediately begin testing your sample without waiting for the payment. In the meantime, you can pay the invoice while your sample is being tested. Once the invoice is paid, we will send you the test results as soon as they are available.  When a rush order terms are agreed (with recurring customers or for 50% to 100% premium), Client is told an exact maximum count of days during which the results will be sent. Typically testing for rush orders are completed in about 2 working days. 

 

Sample size

The size of the sample that is needed for testing depends on the product you would like to test. For example, to test wood pellets, a sample of approximately 5 kg is required. We also recommend paying attention to shipping costs. If the margin for increased shipping cost is 5 kg, then it is worth sending a sample that is just below 5 kg in weight, including the packaging.
